M + M Michelsen Building

The project consists of the renovation of the old Michelsen Furniture Factory Building into multi-family apartments. The facility includes 40 apartment units containing 16 two-bedroom units and 24 one-bedroom units. Four of the units were be designed as Type A, fully accessible and two were designed for vision and hearing impaired. All of the units contain full bathrooms, kitchens living/dining rooms and bedrooms. Bayshore Apartments

The project consisted of the renovation multifamily apartment complex consisting of 14 multifamily buildings containing 162-units, 1 senior building containing 24-units, a community room, an office and laundry. Learn more

Oak Creek Town Homes

Project consisted of 26 buildings with one/two story town homes with 150 apartment units and community building including a multi-purpose room, kitchen, laundry and on-site administrative offices. Learn more

Frederick Douglass Apartments

The project consists of the site development and renovation of 6 connected historic commercial/residential buildings. The completed project contains 28-units. A community room, laundry and offices were added on the first floor in former commercial spaces. The remaining commercial tenant spaces on the 1st floor were upgraded. Learn more

Highland Park Apartments

The project consists of 12 one and two story buildings. The work included structural improvements, including truss repair. The scope of work included providing five handicap units in ground floor units and accessibility to amenities; laundry and office, providing egress and safety upgrades, providing mud slab in crawlspaces. Trowbridge Court Apartments

The project consists of the conversion of the existing two story gymnasium of the former Spencerport High School into multifamily apartment facility containing 14-units and amenities. The design approach was to use existing openings in the first and second floor to accommodate a maximized unit layout per floor. Harvest Park Apartments

Design services included development of floor plans and elevations of existing and proposed conditions. The scope included a layout of a new handicap unit on the ground level of the four-plex building. The site was lacking a common laundry and office, which were provided through the new addition. The project consists of the renovation of a multifamily apartment complex consisting of 12 buildings containing 100-units and a community building with a community room, toilet rooms, offices and laundry.Design services included input of existing plans and elevations through field verification. Riverknoll at Radisson Apartments, Phase III

The site development and construction of ten, eight-plex apartment buildings consisting of (80) one, two and three bedroom units.Design services included development of floor plans and elevations that met the owner’s requirements for unit count and mix, along with the desired ancillary spaces. The Gardens at Town Center

Project consists of a two/three-story H-shaped apartment building with 176 apartment units and common areas including a multi-purpose room, kitchen, multiple lounges, exercise room, laundry and on-site administrative offices. The building contains 55 two- bedroom units and 121 one-bedroom units. There are 20 one-bedroom and 8 two-bedroom units Type A, fully accessible with roll-in showers. Learn more

North Church

This project received the Preservation Association of the Southern Tier Historic Preservation Award. Project includes the conversion/renovation of an existing sanctuary built in 1884, into 29 studio apartments. The work included a complete overhaul of the existing exterior façade. Collapsed portions of the exterior masonry and roof were rebuilt and framing members stabilized. The interior work included establishing a new level first floor over the sloped sanctuary floor and building a total of three stories within the space. Learn more
