Dan Glasow operated as a sole proprietor for 9 years as ADG Architecture. On January 1st, 2010 Dan formed a partnership with senior associate Jason Simmons, creating Glasow Simmons Architecture, LLP. The office is located at 725 Clinton Square in Downtown Rochester. Glasow Simmons Architecture employs one full-time senior associate.
The firm specializes in multi-family housing apartment buildings and senior living facilities. Projects range from 10 to 170 units and include new construction, renovations and historic renovations/conversions. The Apartment at the Belmont received the Preservation League of NY 2010 Award for Excellence in Historic Rehabilitation and the North Church Apartments received the Preservation Association of the Southern Tier Award for Successful Preservation and Adaptive Reuse of a Binghamton Landmark. Glasow Simmons experience also includes commercial and single family residences.

Dan Glasow is a Rochester native and a 1975 graduate of John Marshall High School. He first achieved his business management
degree from Johnson State College in Vermont in 1983. Dan then graduated from Boston Architectural Center in 1990. After spending four years as an intern architect at Morehouse, MacDonald & Associates in Lexington, Massachusetts, he came back to Rochester to work for James A. Fleckenstein Jr. Architects. From 1997 – 2000, he worked as a corporate architect for Home Properties. In 2001, Dan formed his own company, ADG Architecture. Dan is a member of the American Institute of Architects and National Council of Architectural Registration Boards. He spent two years on the Pittsford Architectural Review Board. In 2011, Dan earned his LEED Green Associate certification.
Jason Simmons is originally from the Buffalo area and is a 2000 graduate of the School of Architecture at Syracuse University. While finishing up at SU, he interned at trm Architect in Buffalo. After graduation, Jason landed a job with Bell/Knott Associates in Kansas City, MO where he worked for 2 1/2 years. He returned back to Western New York where he once again worked for trm Architect. Employment with ADG Architecture began in December of 2003. In October 2008, Jason completed the necessary requirements to attain his architecture license in the state of New York. In 2011, Jason earned his LEED Green Associate certification. In 2012, Jason became a member of the National Council of Architectural Registration Boards and a registered Architect in the State of Pennsylvania.
Joseph W. Moroz is a Rochester native and a 1993 graduate of Edison Technical and Occupational High School. In 2000 he obtained his degree from Alfred State College with an AAS in Architectural Engineering. After spending 9 years with Gardner Plus Architects, two years with Mossien Associates Architects, one year with Messner Flooring Re:Source and two years with Razak Associates he started with Glasow Simmons Architecture, LLP. in May of 2015. Joseph is currently enrolled in the IDP (Intern Development Program) through NCARB and is working towards the requirements to take the ARE.
